Life in Full Bloom

ArtScoops is delighted to announce a new show by the contemporary Lebanese painter Fatat Bahmad, titled ‘Life in Full Bloom’, which runs from April 29 to May 19, 2022.

Although born in Beirut, Fatat moved with her family to Kfarmelki in south Lebanon as a young girl to escape the civil war and spent her childhood there.  

She returned to Beirut to pursue her studies, but the natural beauty of the southern region, including its picturesque, lush landscapes and seasonal flora, remains a key source of inspiration and a dominant theme for her art. 

The works featured in this latest show reaffirm Fatat’s love for nature, which shines through in a delightful selection of paintings that are brimming with foliage and seasonal flowers in uplifting colors and bursting with life.
